Oliver & Kate’s Wedding at Old Marylebone Town Hall and Claridge’s

The Landmark Hotel + Old Marylebone Town Hall

Oliver and Kate’s day started at The Landmark Hotel, just a couple of minutes away from Marylebone Town Hall. It’s one of those London hotels that feels calm the moment you walk in, with its beautiful glass atrium and timeless feel. It’s a favourite for couples getting married at Marylebone because it gives you space to slow down before the excitement of the ceremony. The final getting ready moments here were really special and emotional.

Their ceremony took place in the Soho Room at Old Marylebone Town Hall, one of the most iconic wedding venues in London. It’s famous for a reason, it has this simple elegance, soft natural light and a real sense of history without feeling formal or stiff. You could really see how much Oliver adores Kate, the way he looked at her during the ceremony said everything. They’ve been together for 16 years, and that kind of long story  just shows in every moment between them. It was emotional in the most natural way, not staged, just real love in a beautiful space.

Reception at Claridge’s, Mayfair

After the ceremony, we made our way to Claridge’s in Mayfair for the reception. It always feels special arriving there, it has that quiet luxury without ever trying too hard. The drinks reception took place at the Fumoir Bar where guests had time to relax, chat and enjoy the atmosphere while Oliver and Kate soaked it all in. Everything felt really relaxed, just people enjoying being together.

Later, everyone moved into the private dining room in the Foyer for dinner. Before sitting down, we took a short walk inside the hotel for some couple portraits. These moments were some of my favourites from the day, just the two of them, completely present, laughing, holding hands and taking a breath away from everything. It felt like them in the most honest way. A simple, beautiful London wedding day that reflected exactly who they are together.
